The whole process of purchase and receipt of this TV is absolutely no problem. We had bad customer service at Best Buy so we decided to try an online purchase of an item of unit price is high. Amazon is just as simple. The delivery was easy as they called us and asked when it would be convenient. Were in fact the exact date soon !!!!! We can never go into a store again!
